Consent-first growth: our operating principle
Why every capture, message, and follow-up in GrowthGiant requires opt-in — and how we enforce it in the product.
Consent is a product decision, not a compliance one
Most growth tooling treats consent as legalese to bolt on at the end. We treat it as a design constraint. Every lead capture form ships with an explicit opt-in checkbox. Every automated follow-up requires a human review step. Every DM or comment reply on a customer's own accounts is a draft, not a send.
Where the guardrails live
Lead pages: consent checkbox is mandatory on the public form. The record can't be created without it.
CRM: contact records store the consent source, timestamp, and text shown at the moment of capture.
Automations: every outbound sequence labels itself with the human-in-the-loop step before send.
Influencer CRM: we only contact creators who publicly accept partnership inquiries.
Why this is a growth advantage, not a tax
Cold outreach is a low-yield, high-risk channel. Deliverability erodes. Domains get flagged. Regulators tighten every year. Consent-first campaigns compound: your list gets healthier, your engagement rates climb, and your brand equity survives contact with your inbox.
We'd rather build the growth engine of the next decade than the spam engine of the last one.
